- Cleaning my apartment. I used to clean my apartment every other weekend. Now, I'm lucky if I clean once a month. Cleaning really is a good workout. I would say within the past 2 years, I've been less OCD about keeping my apartment clean. It's always picked up, but I could definitely dust and sweep more often.
- Cleaning my car. I used to vacuum and wash my car almost every weekend. Talk about a workout!! My arms are dead by the time I get done.
- Dancing. I used to go out Thursday through Saturday nights and dance my booty off for no less than 4 hours. Who knew doing something that I enjoy was actually keeping me in shape?
- Sex. I just read on OMGfacts.com that having sex for an hour can burn a lot of calories and not to mention if you're having fore play first. I can say that I definitely don't have sex as much as I used to.
I do think I eat the same as I did back then. I like cookies just as much and eating out. I do, however, drink a lot of Dr. Pepper which is not like me. I always drank water or juice. I'm convinced my Dr. Pepper obsession will end sooner than later.
